First 80+ degree day and we found out that we didn't have any air conditioning. Called Hyde Heating (they had installed our garage heater and we were very happy with that experience). Bill located damage to multiple wires, and subsequent electrical shorts including a damaged circuit board in the furnace, all caused by mice that took up residence in our AC unit. Timely, professional service at a fair price. Bill kept me updated throughout the process, explaining what he had found and what needed to be repaired and/or replaced. I would recommend Hyde Heating for any issue you have with your furnace

Great service! We came home from vacation and found our A/C had died on us while away! Hyde Heating and Air was at our house very quickly! We have a medically fragile child who does not do well in the heat and Bill was very mindful about where he was and what he did to limit any expose to her or our family to the Coronavirus! He replaced the problem part and had us up and running within an hour and at a very reasonable price!

I originally gave a good review but I have to change it, he was nice and answered questions the first time but the furnace stopped working two days after he left. He came back and it was a continuance of the first issue, he charged me again. Two weeks later, furnace stopped working. He was paid twice and I had to finally call another company to fix the furnace.

I have used Hyde Heating and Air Conditioning 2x's. A couple of years back during a very bad cold spell my furnace went out...I called the original installer who said they could be out in 3 weeks but if I wanted to pay for an emergency call they could get someone out tomorrow... That's when I called Hyde. Bill came out that evening and got my furnace up and running and for a very reasonable price...The 2nd Time I used them was Last Saturday when my central air quit working.
