I went in to look at carpet for a future home in a different state.( I have to decide on the carpet long distance. )They were so very helpful and informative and answered so many questions that I had, even though they knew I was just looking. I went to Traynor's to buy the new tile for my house. They were so helpful with knowledge of the products they were selling! I didn't know the difference between porcelain and ceramic floors, but the salesman explained the benefits of both and helped me pick the tile that was best for me. I want to say thanks to them for the best looking floor in the house!

I had Traynors install the tile in the addition on my house that we just finished. After the experience I had with the last installer it was so good to have a flooring contractor that did what he said exactly the way he said it would be done. They did a beautiful job and I won't hesitate to tell anyone who asks about them!
