Our basement flooded earlier this year and after the mitigation teams did their thing my wife and I needed to purchase new carpeting. We cannot say enough about Towne Pride Interiors. Their sales people are extremely knowledgable and will help you pick out the perfect carpet based on your needs. The installers (Todd & Dan) did a fantastic job as well. They were courteous, neat, professional and answered all of my questions. A new coordinated wood flooring to compliment my 25 year old wood flooring was not an easy task. Towne Pride came through for me. I highly recommend their expertise from the first phone call, in person site visits, and workmanship. All employees from Sherrie, Kim, Tom, Kevin and the distributor for Wickham floors made my decision an unquestionable right choice. I can not wait to do my upstairs. My flooring on all levels had worn out so I went Town Pride as I wanted the floor in my entire house replaced. The first person I met was Sherrie Ziegler. She did not want to just sell me floor. We talked. She sent me home with samples and then met me at my house. She went through every floor of my house and then gave me ideas of what would look good. She created flow through my house. She suggested two color hardwood stairs and two color railings that matched. It turned out absolutely beautiful. Working with Towne Pride was a very pleasant experience. On my first visit to the store,I met Sherrie who explained the different types of carpet and helped me pick out color samples to take home. Later, when I couldn't decide ,Sherrie ordered larger color samples and delivered them to my house. When asked for her opinion , she gave me helpful info to consider. We have bought flooring from Towne Pride several times over the years and once again they did not disappoint! Their customer service is terrific - we needed a rather quick install date and Sherrie Ziegler was so helpful in assisting us in picking out carpet and then coming out to measure as soon as possible. I made a big mistake deciding to buy carpet from one of those national chains. Worst customer service experience of my entire life. They wasted over a month of my time and I ended up with no carpet in the end. But … Towne Pride Carpet in Hampstead for the win! I should’ve gone local from the start. Sherry at Towne Pride was literally at my house measuring for carpet 30 mins after I called with my dilemma!!!
