Not at all, some customers prefer to be away for the day or at work during their cleaning. We will accommodate whatever is best for you. For first appointments, we do ask you to be present when your Queen Bees arrives so that you may give them a walk through of your home and your expectations. I had a pleasant experience the first two bookings with 2 Bees and a Broom but unfortunately on my third booking everything went awry. Their customer service representative texted me after midnight confirming my appointment time to be 1pm (that same day, at that point). In the morning, I was contacted with the unexpected news that they were sending someone at 10am instead of 1pm. I wasn't prepared and asked if the appointment time of 1pm could stay the same. They said that was fine. However, 1pm came and went and after over an hour past the appointment, I began reaching out. I tried texting

Whatever you do, do not pick this company to clean your house! I paid $230 to have two people come clean by house. It was the worst. Not cleaned at all. The cleaning was half done. Basically a wipe down. I hired this company to get ready for a finial walkthrough on my house because I was selling it the next day. My wife and I had to go back and Re-clean the entire house. Which we decided to get this company to do because we was already tired due to all the packing we had to do. I reached out to the owner, showed her pictures. When I saw their 929 area code, I chose them cuz I thought it'd be cool to support Black business AND someone from back home.... Unfortunately, they typify why so many of us do NOT like doing biz w/ each other. I contacted them not once, not twice, but THREE times tryna give these chicks my money... And the 2 times they responded, their response was pretty much "I know we advertise on Groupon, but there's a special form ya have to fill out. I'll send it to you"... And they never do.... They put the non-Groupon clients first and NEVER GET BACK TO THEM.... Why advertise

I used 2 Bees and A Broom for a move out clean and wasn't impressed. They weren't very professional and missed several areas of the house. Their confirmation email states they don't bring a vacuum which is common, but apparently they just don't vacuum at all. I left my vacuum out for them and they didn't touch it. I would have mentioned it to them, but when I came back at their scheduled end time, they were already gone. They didn't call when they were on the way, they left without saying a word, and they didn't even bother to follow up after the appointment
