I just purchased this town home with Western Windows that are over 9 years old and had some difficulty opening them. I called and spoke with Mike who answered my question as to what I could use to help them open easier. But then he went even further and offered to come by and serviced all my windows for me! They are so much easier to open now! Hats off to Western Windows and Mike for their excellent service! I would highly recommend them!

BUYER BEWARE!! We ordered an entire house of windows and went to pick them up today and they all look USED! They vinyl on all of them was scratched up, dented, and everyone was dirty and actually black on some of the bottoms. I'm sure much of this was due to the fact that Western Windows does not shrink wrap, box, or even put block pieces on the ends of the windows (all of which we found out after the fact). They strap them together on a pallet, and then just roll down the road with the windows scraping on each other. Who does that? You can't afford a little blue tape or SOMETHING to protect the

I had to have some warranty work done on my Windows due to seals rotting and falling out. My Windows are only 5 years old. The Windows are also really inefficient. I wouldn't recommend these Windows. Mike, the manger, was decent about getting the warranty work done. Unfortunately I had to have Gordon's glass in Logan do the work, because I live in Utah. They were an absolute joke!! Broke blinds, tracked dirt in my house... Bad all around deal. Would not recommend.
