Steve did a fantastic job! I called him and he showed up the next day, which was a Saturday morning. He is very knowledgeable and professional. We ordered a screen for our backdoor and he installed it in less than 5 days! The install was well done and we are very happy. I highly recommend Steve and his team!

I messaged Steve in Jan with a ton of questions. He was quick to respond and professional. It wasn't until Apr that we decided to move forward and get scheduled for our install. Never once did we feel pressured to buy, or solicited outside our initial contact. We appreciated the space while we made our final decision.

The friendliest place in town! Love Cascade and are so happy to have found this place. Lots of activities for the kids. My only complaint would be the dust from the road and not all sites have lawn. While here they've been working on getting more gravel on road and plan to have lawn at all sites next year. Looking forward to coming back!

I have nothing but good to say about Steve and Phantom Screens. He isn't kidding when he lists his hours of operation. He got back to me very quickly after requesting a quote on a Friday morning and then was at my house in person the next day -- Saturday. We didn't make up our mind on the service provider until Wednesday that next week (because that was the soonest the other service provider could get to our house to give us a quote). Called Steve on Wednesday to give him the good news, and he was there that Saturday installing our door (the other provider had a couple week lead time

New house, so needed a new screen door. Steve did our installation after we bought The Phantom Retractable Screen Door thru Lowe's. He comes out to measure the door and orders the correct door size and color trim, so that your installation looks professional.
After a week or so, the new screen door arrived, it only took him an hour or so to install the door. It blends in so well, you can hardly tell it is there if it is not extended for use. Nice addition to our new home.

Steve is too good for words! He is very personable & professional. He came out in no time to install a couple screens for us, and then a few months later came back after a dog ran thru our screen & creased it up pretty good. To our surprise, he said the repair was on him this time, and the dog next time! really refreshing to see someone work so hard, and stand behind their work when it clearly was our fault. We had a Phantom screen installed about 14 years ago and with time, it had frayed,etc. Found Steve on the Internet. He quickly responded to my message and came to our place in a few days. These screens are the best. We have had them on another house and will buy them again when we move. I love the low profile of the screen when it's retracted. I love how smooth it works. It also helps cut down on the afternoon solar heat that comes in during the afternoon even if the door is closed. Great product!

As compared to other screen doors, this is the best in value and price. I put four screen doors in my house. I am saving money because I am able to put more air into it in the early morning through the afternoon, thus the air conditioner is on less, saving money. He was clean and neat with each installation. His customer service is excellent. He explained the how to use and care of the doors properly. I would highly recommend him.

LOVE! LOVE! LOVE this screen door! My phantom screen door has made a big difference in cooling my house down in the mornings; and NO bugs! My husband is so happy with it as well, it matches perfectly with the door frame so we can't even see it. Perfect addition to the feel we were trying to create in our courtyard! Steve installed a screen door on my parent's french doors, and we couldn't be happier with the service and product. We originally purchased a door from a national chain online; it was absolute garbage, the door popped out of the frame every time it closed, and the overall quality was very poor. After such a terrible experience with buying online, Steve, and the quality of his product, was especially appreciated.
