We provide a variety of services to meet your budget and requirements. Tenant improvements can range from replacing finish materials-such as paint, carpet and countertops-to custom build outs that meet the new tenant's business branding, strategy and usage requirements.

Our experience with Hope was beyond our expectations. She is very professional, responsive and a pleasure to work with. Our project was a complete renovation of a mid-century modern home, which included a new addition. It was complex, as we needed to meet FEMA regulations and adhere to a strict budget. We needed to make major changes to the layout, including moving a staircase and creating a space that was conducive to our family lifestyle. We are working with Hope on a two story addition to our home that includes major re-configuration of the existing structure.
