In 2020 I sold my house and they took what I had left to store. This year we found a place to live and had them deliver our stuff. Mind you that the two storage units were full and I tried once to open the doors and they wouldn't go up. As I'm going through unpacking I find our I'm missing some of my stuff. I called them and told them that and they said everything was delivered. They might of delivered what was in the storage units then but what happened to my things that I'm missing? You took everything from my house but not everything was brought back!!! Someone took things. I most important

The Macs team was amazing! From Ken’s initial walk through for quoting to the very last truck pulling out of our new house the team was responsive, professional, and true masters of the moving and packing craft! They took great care with our items and even provided recommendations on how to place in our new house when we were uncertain. They came in under their budgeted hours- they worked so fast! Everything about our move was outstanding! Both the packers and movers were friendly & funny … and most importantly, efficient. Kurt and his team moved me many years ago from Lake Geneva to Chicago - even giving my dog the front seat! Since, I used their storage units as I moved to Arizona and received the same great customer service.

Our unusual move was seamless!! Kurt and all the folks at Mac’s took care of everything via FaceTime as we could not be there. Our 6000 sq ft home in the Midwest was packed and moved into pods and accessible storage units independently with only a few questions answered while we were at work on the East coast. In addition the move needed to be completed within 18 days! Mac’s had been highly recommended and did not disappoint. Highly professional and came in under estimate! Doesn’t get better than that.

Mac’s made moving so easy! The guys were super nice. They even told me when they made a scratch in the floor and made it right. The got everything moved fast and efficiently. They didn’t break anything. The owner and his wife stay in touch the whole time. I highly recommend them and will use them again in the future.

The three man team comprised of Jake, Jose and Ryan were work horses! They packed up a three-bedroom home, stored it overnight and unpacked it - all within just over 10 hours. Both the pick up and delivery sites had a flight of stairs. Those guys hustled down and often ran up the steps. They were always working; no down time for this crew!
I had multiple heavy items, all of which were handled readily and easily by this team. There were about 200 boxes as well. It was a great job completed by a great crew.
I would hire them again and highly recommend them to others. Thumbs up for this crew!
