New to area(north port) and Thompson AC came highly recommended for new construction. Tim and his staff has always been very helpful and informative when it comes to installation and about the systems he uses. From the beginning to having them come out next day for courtesy check bc power company said AC was using to much power. This was NOT the case and technician was here Checking things out and communicating with FPL. AC running correctly and efficiently,(water heater issue) Really appreciate their service and responsiveness. Great job!!!!

Our air conditioner would not turn on. We called Thompson's and they had a service man here in less than 2 hours. He had it diagnosed in under a minute and fixed quickly. This was top, professional service from both the person who answered our call and the guy who came to our house. I will be sticking with them!

I'm couldn't be more sorry that I bought an air conditioner from Thompson . A lot of these great reviews must be fake . His air conditioner breaks down constantly . He doesn't stand behind his product , the owner is only interested in money and ripping a customer off . That is not my idea of quality service . His service men are not well educated as to how the air conditioners work therefore they never get the job done when they make an attempt to repair the problem . Please shop around and don't get taken in by their prices . You will pay later down the road . Not having a good reliable system
