Bill and his apprentice could not have been more knowledgeable and professional when they came out on a service call as my a/c unit quit working. I was impressed with the knowledge the young apprentice had. I cannot remember his name sorry. They had my a/c unit up in running in no time. Explained everything to me and again to my husband when I called him. Presto definitely has our business and would recommend to anyone.

I love honest people! We thought we were going to have a big problem on our hands with our AC that's getting older. Turns out it was a small problem with an easy fix. We called this company for a free second opinion after we had a company come out who we felt was not being honest.
Bill fixed our air conditioning in 10 minutes when the other company said a part was broke and needed to be replaced for $800+

Bill Ginn and his team are the best! I have personally used Presto Air for my two A/C's at home and I call upon them as a Realtor to do inspections during inspection period for my buyers. They are so helpful, explaining everything in an understandable way and let me and my customers know about the importance of maintenance to give your A/C a longer life and you a healthier environment. Now that I have calmed down, here is the whole story......
The worst experience I have ever had!!! I don't want to give them any stars!! We have been having issues with our air system for over a month. We have called Presto Air multiple times, they have come to our home 4 times, They have still been unsuccessful with diagnosing and fixing the problem. The first time we called, they came to our home and diagnosed the compressor needs to be changed. They charged us $85.00 for that diagnosis, they told us they had to order the part, so we waited 5 days, and they installed the compressor, they

Presto Air is just wonderful. We were having a lot of problems with our very old Air Conditioning system. We knew we really needed a new system but we were trying to make it one more year. Presto Air had to come out three - four times (many times after hours) to get the system working properly. The technician was polite and professional at all times even at 8pm at night. No over time charges were ever charged. Their prices were very reasonable ($500.00 less than our first quote).

If I could give them 6 stars I would. Presto Air was there when I needed them. I called them with my unit was working and Bill was at my house within the hour(I called at 7:30p.m.) They are professional, honest and trustworthy. My air conditioner was up and running that night and we had a great night sleep. Thank you so much for your prompt service and honest repair. Not only did Bill fix the problem, he did a entire look around of the unit to help prevent any future problems. Presto Air is the company to call for all your A/C needs. A+++++ Service!!!
