Absolutely horrible. A business is measured by the work and the service after the work. I have more than 1 leak and need to address what is under warranty. I've been trying to communicate with the business several times by phone and email for over a month with no response. All they have is an answering service that can't really help you, they just take a message. I talked to the owner once who said to email him with as much information as possible so he may research it. Don't use them, they don't stand behind their shoddy job after getting paid of course.

Replaced my Fiance's roof, within four years it was leaking causing damage inside the house. She had to lie and say she was a new client to get them out to look at the roof, after a year of calling. Finally got someone out to look, without even looking under the tarp said it was structural damage, and they won't honor the ten year warranty...Do not do biseness with this company!!

This company did my roof in September 2019 in less than 18 months the roof was leaking. When I asked the repair guy, he said that the warranty is not transferrable. The re-roofing was done less than two months prior I bought the home. I have to go to court to have this matter solved

I recently purchased a home in West Palm Beach. At the time of the home inspection we were told that we had a few cracked tiles and a possible leak in the roof. My next door neighbor recommended Rossi roofing as they had done some excellent work for them at a reasonable price.
I contacted them on Monday and got a recording saying that I should send a text with my request for a quicker response, which I did.
I received a phone call the next day from an employee of the company who told me he was out of town until Wednesday and would contact me then.
He called Wednesday night a set up an appointment

They gave me a quote i had 2 adfitional quotes all pretty close, they we're highly recommended by a neighbor. Decide to use them they came when they said they would they were very clean. It was a pretty big job they were there pretty much every day working and got it done on time. No problems whatsoever. They did what they said they would do very professional. Thank you Rossi

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I can not explain how horrible they have been. They did a terrible job on our roof, and now that we have a leak they are denying the warranty! He claims the roof is fine, yet I have 3 other roofing professionals that provided a quote, all of which say the roof was installed incorrectly and is the cause of the problem. To top it off, since I confronted him he refuses to answer the phone or emails. I repeat- DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!
