I replaced my roof during the covid panic and these guys came through in the clutch. The owner jacin is very personable and easy to reach. Honestly i was concerned with the shingle wait as it was behind due to covid but he rectified everything and the work was great not to mention best value around!

Sea Breeze installed a brand new roof into my home, and were able to complete the job on a timely manner all together with licensing and inspection passing.
Unfortunately, there was constant daily rain for a whole week after installation. Lead to a leak, and after calling to repair problem. Workers were honest and mentioned it was a minor issue missed.
Mistakes happen to all companies, but how they deal with it is what counts. They repaired it right away; and also covered the cost for the cosmetic damage caused by the leak.
This is a company that you can trust and will follow through.

Alex and the team went above and beyond what we expected. They were quick to answer and we were able to receive an appointment within a couple of days. They are true experts in their field. Not only were they honest and prompt, they were also quick to figure out what the issue was that we were having in minutes. Alex also gave us peace of mind and gave us a timeline to when we will need to replace the roof which we never were given a clear answer when we bought the house. Got them to replace the ridge vents on my roof and they lasted 2 years. Both vents that were replaced are lifted and causing roof leaks. Inside you can see water damage lines up with ridge vents. This should have prolonged the life of my roof 10 years but actually made me have to replace my roof sooner and just cost me $40,000. Because of improper installation. The screws they used were to short. Don't use this company!
