Brian was incredibly professional and went above and beyond. He drove all the way to Brunswick to bring me this amazing ChemDry Spot Remover cleaner the same day I needed it! A guest accidentally peed on the couch while sleeping over for Thanksgiving. I called Black Friday and they had somebody out a few hours later. Got the pee/smell out and cleaned a rug for a good price. The worker was a true professional (sorry forgot his name.)
As a person who once cleaned carpets and upholstery for a company in SW Florida, I recommend these guys!

I had stains on carpets at a place I am renting and moving into that had previously been cleaned?? I went ahead and called Massey’s anyway for my own piece of mind and the stains are gone! Will feel so much better about moving in now! Thanks Massey’s!!

Bryan is the most pleasant and professional businessman in southeast Georgia! High praise but truly an honorable man.
We had were dog sitting for our grandson and child sitting for a friend.
Dog does his thing in the backyard and child runs in backyard before dog's thing got picked up. You guessed it, the dog's thing got dragged into the bedroom that had just been cleaned the day before by Bryan's company.
I called Bryan and he came the next business day and cleaned the carpet again. As always he did a fabulous job but refused to take a payment.

I have a large kitchen tile floor and over the years have spent days scrubbing the grout clean. It’s a messy and time consuming job. This year I looked for other options and found Massey’s Chem-Dry. Their process was very effective and even included re-sealing the grout. The results were excellent and fairly priced. I highly recommend this company due to their great customer service and their excellent results.
