I cannot say enough about Katrina! She is extremely knowledgeable,professional and removed pet stains that cost me a fortune when her competitors attempted ….with NO luck ….to remove them. She actually used a toothbrush and spent a lot of time detailing the stain.Then offered to return ….free of charge if the stain reappeared! I didn’t realize people like her still exist in this world! I’m upset that I didn’t know about her before I spent thousands of dollars with local Mr.Steam Tech. She is soooo reasonably priced and her attention to detail cannot be found .Thank you very much Katrina

Katrina, with The Steam Pros is a professional! Arriving in their well marked and clean looking van, she immediately presented me with a business card and introduction. She is obviously very proud of her work as it shows. We were absolutely thrilled with the furniture we asked to be cleaned so we asked her to also do our carpets. She agreed and knocked them out on the spot!
Everything from the beginning was spot on with this company- the contracting, introduction, work quality, value, appearance, and attitude!!!!

WOW - we had an old oriental wool rug with many pet coffee and tea stains and while not expected to get all stains out the rug was cleaned perfectly!!!! Katrina and Doug where quick to respond to ThumbTack app and then pick up and work on the rug over the weekend and return and place on floor with furniture!
They even texted me a picture of rug as cleaned and bucket of dirty water (one of many) - their price was way too low and I gave them a $50 tip - PLEASE use them!!!!
