Nicole was amazing. She made sure I understood everything I was getting with my alarm. She answered my questions immediately, even on a Saturday.
Donnie installed my alarm and was amazing as well. The install was seamless and there was no mess left behind. He walked me through how to work the system and made sure I fully understood how to use it before he left.
I cannot say enough about what a pleasure it was dealing with Command Security. Professional and friendly which is so rare these days! It was an absolutely pleasure and I highly recommend Command Security.

Like all the other reviews, Command Security Systems was a pleasure to work with. From the first phone call to Nicole, up until completion, everything was great. Donnie and Diego are two of the nicest guys. They were polite, non-intrusive in the home, friendly and funny, too. Highly recommend this company.

Donnie from Command set up our system in our building under difficult conditions of multiple vendors in a tight schedule during a pandemic. Command, and in particularly Donnie, made it so that I never had to worry about my fire detection system. We had to go into test mode a number of times for various other vendors, and Donnie and his team were incredibly responsive.
