AC Daughtry was recommended to me by my locksmith. It took 4 calls with messages left before I got a sales rep to finally reply. On July 31, 2020 a salesman Frank met me at the site and did do a fairly thorough walk through the facility. I was interested in security cameras, access control and management of the fire alarm system. On August 6th I received a text from the sales rep promising that he would "get something to you tomorrow". After about 2 more weeks of waiting for a proposal I called him again and this time I was given the excuse that a tree fell on his father's house and that he would

What a pleasant experience from beginning to end. My saleswoman Mari, addressed all of my possible needs in configuring my alarm system. The installation tech John, arrived at the scheduled time and was very courteous. He was very neat and took the time to go over the system with me making sure I completely understood everything before he left. There is something to be said about dealing with a big company with a small company feel.

I have spent a long time in the alarm business and I can tell you this operation is by far the best around. On the ball, responsive, knowledgeable and trustworthy. I won't mention any of the 3 letter company's out there that try everyday to be 1/2 the company AC Daughtry is because it would insult this perfectly good review. Great job!
