This company just robbed me of $3,000. They asked for a partial payment of the build and then never came back out to work. They now won't return my calls or texts. They told me they'd have the work done in 3 weeks and its been 2 months and I still can't get a hold of them. WORST COMPANY EVER!!! DO NOT USE!!!! We are in the initial stages of filing our lawsuit against them. Do not use them, they will rob you and will most likely not be around too much longer.

Great prrofessional service, my pool had been down for 5 yrs.,you could say it was a frog pond, they put a new liner,cleaned pool, installed pump parts, no one else would touch it.It’s BEAUTIFUL !!! Quality work,, I got my money’s worth!!! Great price!! And if you have any problems,all you have to do is call them!! I will never use anyone else!!!

I paid over $7300 to have pool repaired and concrete stained and repaired in May 2018 and bi weekly pool maintenance. Job was not done. Last time I heard from company is Sep 2018 when the owner told me he did not have the money to refund me. Has refused to return any calls or emails. Does not even know how to do any pool repairs, has to hire someone else. Beware of Paragon Pools of Columbia SC, as the owner will rip you off. Not trustworthy or honest.
