Having extensive repairs done to the pool itself. The demolition crew did a great job cleaning up after themselves and there was a lot of debris for them to manage! New curved formwork looks great. Clean job site. Impressed so far!

They have been Great getting everything on track to renovate the pool. They sent someone out to evaluate some leaking so they know exactly what needs to get fixed during the Reno so that they are efficient with their time, my time, and materials which equals saving money all around.

Very helpful, solved the problem without any issue. Called many pool repair businesses prior to them and they clearly are the most knowledgeable. Other places wanted to charge double and were unsure of what/how to fix a pool light. Not the case with Contemporary Pools.

They were very kind and professional. They answered any questions I had. I had my liner replaced and they did a better job than the first company that built it. They made sure everything was as tight as can be and they had the most reasonable price! It's great to find service where you don't have to sacrifice quality. I Love It! Going forward no one else can touch my pool but Contemporary Pool Works.

Technician had no clue how to operate the pump or clean pool because he directly pumped trash thru the line into the next filter so my line can get clogged. After his cleaning our water level is now to low to turn on pump. I called to let them know and this is their response, you live to far out so we are dropping you, but I don't have to pay for today's service. This after using them for last five years.

Paid for their bimonthly service (which was told to us by THEM that that would be sufficient enough service).
1st, they came to fix what seemed to be a minor issue. Turned out our pool pump needed to be replaced (not their fault). We ordered a (expensive) pool pump from them to replace ours. However, they charged us $75 for their initial attempt of a fix (which we had to settle when we left the company.)
During the time of the pump issue they delayed the service (skipped a week they were supposed to come). We were told we would be charged $40 for them to come out on our off
