Unresponsive and took my money. These guys came out to my house for which I paid them their diagnostic fee. They gave me an estimate to repair my furnace. I said let's do it. It's an old one so they told me they would have to check for the part and would get back to me the next day with status on the part. Did not call back. So I had to call the office to follow up. The operator said he would have to contact the technician and they would call back. Never received a call. Been almost three weeks. So, they took my money and never contacted me again. I tried 77 dollar maintenance program in 2020. The Asian guy came to my house and started to tell me that our system needed to be replaced. During that 2.5 hours and he was not focusing on the job but tried to sell me a whole system.
The second night after the left I found the wires cut off by the system fan, which is not supposed to be. I called the company, Alec, the owner, I think, called and apologized. He sent another guy to repair the wires and he also refunded me. Which I appreciate.

First off I just wanted to ask that anyone out there that received bad service from service champions if they can post someone that they can refer to get the work done. It seems like a lot of the reviews that people are posting that are bad about service champions seem to be true because my mom and I went to the same experience with them. Although we didn't move forward and do any of the work cuz they wanted $15,000 to make the repair on the ducting or whatever needed Tubi done with the furnace because it was apparently bad. Let me start by first saying you people should be absolutely ashamed of yourselves. My elderly, widowed mother who has been without heat called to have her heat looked at. One of your technicians came out and without doing a thorough inspection, told her that her furnace was old and rather than repair it, it was better to just replace everything for....ohhhhhh $20,000!?!? He also used a scare tactic and told my mother if he didn't "replace " the whole system, he was afraid it would leak fumes and kill her while she slept. He actually had her believing this!

Absolute crooks! They quoted us $50k to replace our A/C and HVAC units on our two 2 story home, whereas other companies quoted us $10k-$16k for exact or similar models!
Out of the 4 companies we consulted with, Service Champions was not only the most outrageously expensive, they're also the *only* company that told us that our ductwork was completely shot.
All the other companies inspected the ductwork in the attic and said that our ductwork is fine. Replacing all the ductwork added an additional $7k to the Service Champion's estimate.
It all started last year when Service Champions

Had a service Inspection done today by Edward Han he was very thorough with what he did taking apart my unit to inspect for any issues or any areas of concern, he let me know what I could use in the near future and did not pressure me into buying anything out right. He answered all the questions I had and pretty much gave me a run down of how everything I had questions about worked and affected the system. I am going to recommend Edward for my Future Appointments .

Service Champions continues to provide the best ac/heat service for my family. I had an issue with my heater not working sporadically and I was told it was best to troubleshoot the problem when it actually stopped working. Sure enough, the heater stopped working when we got back from a short overnight trip. I called Service Champions the next morning as soon as they opened and they were able to schedule me in the same day. Then they called me to say they could come sooner and as soon as they told me that, the heater started working again. So when Ryan came he couldn't find a problem with it

Cody Osieck came out to our house for an inspection. He was early and very courteous. He inspected everything, cleaned our heating/AC unit and even cleaned up our attic.
He took pictures of everything and then came down and explained everything that needed to be completed while we reviewed the pictures (which were sent to my email for further review).

I had a membership with Service Champions that included an inspection of my furnace. A very nice technician came to do the inspection and cleaned the motor. He told me that my furnace was unsafe and needed to be replaced. He called in to his office and asked that a supervisor come the next day due to the safety situation and discuss pricing options for a replacement system.
The supervisor came the next day and gave me pricing options of $19,000 to $22,500 to replace my furnace and air conditioner. I asked for a written quote. The quote I received had no detail about the materials for the job

I've had great experiences with the service techs and tune ups. The ones I've come into contact with have been extremely professional, friendly and pay attention to details that all homeowners would appreciate.
My negative experience came when a bigger repair was needed. Our tech came back with his manager, that just seemed to keep pushing for a larger repair project then needed and failing to offer alternative options. With personal experience in sales, it was a negative experience the they type of sales tactics that was used.

If you need heating or air conditioning, Service Champions are the people to call. Due to the location of my prior air conditioner, they installed my new slim lined air conditioner along with new coils at a cost that was below market for other vendors in the area. They were not only timely, but clean and neat. All work is guaranteed and even with the follow-up visit for some additional work, no charge, just good service.
