When it comes to basement remodeling and construction, you want to make sure that your plumbing system is being installed correctly. M L Static Construction, LLC has made it our job to make sure that your electrical repair and installations are done carefully and correctly. When your electrical system is in need of repair, it is often dangerous to let the problem remain unsolved. Electrical systems are complex and interconnected, which means that when one component is out of place, the entire system is at risk.
There are many aspects that come together when a basement is built. One of these aspects is drywall construction, used to make interior walls. This material is made from a panel of gypsum plaster and is secured to the skeleton of the house to create the walls. Once the drywall panels are hung, it is then plastered and sanded to create a smooth surface.
The owner, Mirek Jasek and his team, Andre and Josh did an outstanding job right from the start. The work they performed included refinishing the basement from scratch, as well as installing a new full 5-piece bathroom with a TV (my favorite), wet bar area (hanging a 65" TV) with island, game room, theater (hanging an 85" TV) and two nice size bedrooms with nice closets.

The company M L Static, LLC designed, supervised and finished the renovation of our unfinished basement in April 2020. The owner, Mirek Jasek and his team, Andre and Josh did an outstanding job right from the start. The work they performed included refinishing the basement from scratch, as well as installing a new full 5-piece bathroom with a TV (my favorite), wet bar area (hanging a 65” TV) with island, game room, theater (hanging an 85” TV) and two nice size bedrooms with nice closets. Mirek and his guys did an excellent job on our basement!! I can’t recommend them enough!! They were on time in every phase of the project even in the middle of a pandemic! They were very professional and personable, their work was excellently done, and they were very willing to accommodate the requests that we made. We had a great experience and would recommend them to anyone!! They even discovered a pipe that had been damaged during the original construction of our home and were able to fix the resulting leak that could have cause thousands of dollars in damage to our foundation.
