After seeing their work on a friend's home, we decided to work with John and the team on a garage demo / new build project. From start to finish they were a solid group, consistently professional and respectable.
We did have a few frustrating moments with a (now excused) project manager, and with their messy concrete crew, but H&H apologized for those challenges as they were happening. We felt like they heard our concerns and adjusted course as needed.
A very bright spot was Tyler, who really stepped up for us and made the final 1/3 of the project great, and we're thankful for

First off there are many better places to get your home remodeled. Place is a disaster. I had at least 6 new people hired and fired during my project. Unorganized. Untrustworthy. The owners business is in complete shambles. My project came in late and over budget. Hidden pricing.
They will probably write back stating this review is confused with another h&h but it is not. Your building is off 120th. Don't play games. Unprofessional. A carpenter just quit after 20 years working for them. That says a lot.
Please please go elsewhere.

I hope these guys are more careful builders than they are drivers. Bald guy driving a H H truck eastbound on 120th today (no truck #) was tailgating, speeding, multiple lane changes with no turn signal and nearly caused a pile-up. Reported to police but I would recommend avoiding based on the experience in traffic alone.

We've used H&H twice - a kitchen remodel and a bathroom remodel. Both times they came up with innovative design ideas. They are always responsive to my questions and texts. Are they inexpensive? No - but you get what you pay for. We had a less expensive contractor remodel a different bathroom for us and lived to regret it. The quality of workmanship by H&H has been excellent.

I don’t recommend this company. They wanted to charge me 10k to move a gas line. I had 3 other quotes and they all said around 2500 $.
Also, they wanted to know how much money I had to spend ,and said they would tell me if they could make it happen.
Don’t ever work with someone who ask how much money do you have first.. Red flag!!
This company clearly takes advantage of people who don’t know what they’re doing.

This company is a hot mess. Very Poor communication within the company as well as to the potential customer. I was given a budget number for a pop top remodel and then they came back and said that didn't include stairs or bathroom. In addition, their prices don't make any sense. They are substantially higher than any home value. Sometimes even doubled and the value of your home when looking at a per square foot cost. Just keep moving look for somebody else

I guess I'm too small potatoes for these guys. Lady on the phone said that "she knows this sounds like a big deal for us but it is too small for them"
Wanted to get a quote on removing a wall and fashion with barn door on bedroom and kitchen. So heads up everyone. That type of job just isn't big enough.
