In our search for a general contractor, Palace was one of the most professional and accessible companies. I called many contractors and often got no answer or a generic voicemail. But Palace actually answered the phone. I spoke with the office manager who was very courteous and accommodating. Kyle came out to do our estimate in a timely manner. He was punctual, professional, pleasant, knowledgeable, and efficient. He provided us with a very detailed estimate that same day. He followed up with a phone call to ensure we got it. I had to wait until they finished the place next door before writing this for fear of more retaliation. They have been working on my neighbors place for 3 months and until a few weeks before we never made a complaint about the noise or anything. Then there was a worker who decided to park outside my balcony door/window. It's not a parking spot and no one wants someone's car against there space like that. We have our door open to let air in. I don't want to look at your car. I went out and said "Hi can you please move because others will think this is a parking spot too and then

We had an absolutely wonderful experience with the guys from Palace Construction. The timing of this flood was awful, but Palace really bent over backwards to accomodate our needs...especially during COVID. We were particularly impressed by their subs attention to detail and quality of work! JR was an excellent supervisor. Highly recommeded!

My condo had water damage. My insurance sent Palace Constuction. I really do not have any way to compare. I have not worked with contractors. it was not the best experience. They had to redo the the dry wall because they did not float it. I just knew it looked awful. I have friend who is a retired contractor who informed me why it looked bad. That delayed things. Plaace should have known to do that and not have had to redo it. They did not cover my countertop to protect when they painted. I am looking at the poor workmanship on the baseboard on living room now. I had not noticed

We had severe interior water/sewage damage to our home and were looking for a contractor to complete a large rebuild project (over $100K). We previously had multiple contractors out to the house but hadn't decided on who we wanted to work with. Our insurance company recommend "Palace", so we decided to give them a call. If there were a minus star I would use it. I am in the middle of a fiasco with Palace Construction CO. They were called by my insurance adjustor after a sewer line break. The entire main floor of my house was torn up. I am going to summarize this to keep it short, here it goes. I waited EIGHT months for them to start on my home, my appliances were either in my dining room or living room, or on my patio during the winter months. The workers broke my ceramic cook top moving it (they also dropped it). In addition to the insurance work I asked for a quote to pay for new cupboards and countertops

Great work, very professional. Best customer service. Scott and Ed were very helpful with water damage repairs I had in my basement. They both answered all questions in a timely manner. Also helped when the insurance adjuster did not following up. Scott made the necessary contact with the insurance company to get the job finished. Once we were able to proceed Ed made sure all my questions were answered and followed up. Thank you both very much!! I will highly recommend Palace Restoration/Construction.

Palace helped us after we experienced water damage in our home. Will, Danny, and Jake were very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. It's never a fun experience to have water damage in your home and especially with a newborn in the house during the process. The whole crew at Palace were great at minimizing the stress on our family during this time and getting our life back to normal! We are forever grateful!

My experience with Palace Construction has always been positive. I have worked with Palace for the past 15 years for various projects and have had almost no complaints. The staff is very competent, the work is done timely and there are very few complaints during or after the job is completed. I would always recommend Palace Construction to anyone looking for a great construction company!

I have been a sub-contractor with Palace Construction for several years now which includes the best group of professionals within our industry. I work with Danny McAnally most of the time but I also have worked with Kevin York, Todd Henry and Kyle Fink. These individuals not only have "A1" Customer Service Skills they are the leaders with impeccable construction knowledge coupled with "Team work skills" that are second to none. I hope I can continue to work with such a high caliber group of professionals.

Fall 2015 , Palace replaced a 25050 sq ft roof on a building I own on Eudora Way , Denver . Thru the process Dan McAnally of Palace and I worked together to keep the schedule and high quality of the work preformed moving . The sub contractors worked well with Dan and the work finished per schedule and quality .
This week ( 20 mos. since completion ) after the worst hail storm since 90's , there was a small problem on the north east edge of the roof . One call the Dan and done . Problem solved .
My many thanks , it's always great when a first rate company stands behind there work . Not just today

Danny McAnally and his Palace Construction crew (including Harry and Jake) have done repair and water mitigation work for us a few times now, and they are great. When we needed immediate work to stop a ceiling/roof leak after the last hail storm, they arranged time in their busy schedule to fit us in. Very professional, skilled and considerate.

We work with Palace construction in emergency situations in our HOAs. Recently, we had a serious sewer issue during a rain/wind storm in the unit of a very particular homeowner. Time was of the essence and tensions were high. Palace arrived and took control of the situation, putting a very upset owner and concerned Board of Directors at ease. It was good experience for everyone involved.

Being a new home owner has it's highs and lows, we experienced 2 water damage incidents, one which required a full 2 week restoration from water damage the team at Palace did an outstanding job then, and just recently we used their service again for a smaller leak that came from an a previously repaired leak in our roof, Palace exceeded our expectations with their ability to provide fast service for mold testing, air quality inspection and to removal of any harmful material in our ceiling and wall they put down protective material on our wood floors, stairs and the entire process was then completed
