My fiance and I worked with Shawn and Katie to get the roof redone. They were both awesome! They helped with every step of the process from starting our homeowners claim to the end. The process was really quick and the install was done in a day. They answered any and all questions, and trust me I bugged them alot. They did everything they could to help us and in the end they were even able to get our insurance to cover a bit more then we thought. I'm so glad they were there to help us as our roof really needed redone. I highly recommend them to anyone needing work done! Thanks again guys!

We had a wonderful experience with Metro Construction for our roof and gutter replacement. The Metro team was extremely helpful in assessing the hail damage and getting our insurance claim approved. Everyone we worked with was professional and our work was done in a timely manner. Unlike other hail/storm chasers, we were happy to work with Metro as an established Denver-based company. We will use Metro Construction again!

Metro Construction has completed four projects for me over the last six years. They did an exceptional job on my rental properties and replaced my roof on my primary house on two occasions. Most recently I upgraded my roofing ventilation to an all Attic Solar Fan and it has made a huge impact on the energy efficiency of our home. Amazing company, excellent workmanship, and they have always handled the insurance process on my behalf without any problems. I highly recommend Metro Construction to any homeowner!

Metro Construction has replaced 4 roofs on my home and rental properties and also windows on one of my rentals. I would never trust anyone else as my contractor! Their crews have always been great! They are professional and respectful and have always left my properties spotless after they were done. I have never had to have them return for a problem after installation! I have referred many people to them and they have been happy also!

The sales team at Metro was very helpful and trustworthy. The day after the recent hail storm they knocked on my door. They were extremely professional, wore masks for COVID and took a lot of pictures of my roof that they then emailed to me. Very helpful. Great communication and I trust them to redo my roof.

Metro has replaced two roofs for me, one after a hailstorm and one for our mountain house in Vail. I highly recommend Metro Construction for your next roof replacement. My project manager dealt directly with my insurance company and made sure I got everything I deserved, including additional interior painting and window replacements. They kept me up to date on all construction updates making sure I was always in the loop. Metro is an A+ contractor that I will gladly recommend to anyone in need of a roof replacement.

Metro Construction has been terrible at communicating with me, delivered repeated poor workmanship, and did not follow up with promises made. The sales guy is nice and trusting but the lack of communication between him and the workers, the broken promises, the trash left behind, and the workers hoping over my fence when no one was home is appalling.
Here's a list: The sales guy and I discussed removing an old satellite dish on the roof and he said it would be done. It did not get done. I told him about and it took three complaints and visits for it to finally get done.

Terrible customer service. We have been working with Metro Construction to fix our roof for over 6 months now after the hail storm earlier this year. They never communicate when any work will be done, and then out of the blue another person will be pounding away on our roof. Twice their subcontractor left our gate open and our dog escaped from our yard even after we specifically asked them to close the gate. Awful experience- I would highly recommend finding a different contractor.

Roof was great. Put on very quickly. Everything turned out nicely. Problem is I was promised gutters. The roof was done in November last year, and here it is March of the new year and I still don't have gutters. I have called this company bi-weekley and recorded dates and names every time. They always tell me "so and so doesn't work for us any more, thats why your gutters haven't been finished". Then they tell me that the person I am talking to will personally ensure it gets accomplished, and call me back...but it never happens. I'm just fed up at this point
