I hired this company with good faith, unfortunately my furniture was damaged during the moving process. The acknowledged the damage, its even written on my receipt with promises of repairing it. The owner agreed to repair the damages and asked for photos and I sent them including a video. Once he received the pictures he called be back super upset stating there was no way to repair it and never called me back since. He won't answer or text back so now I'm here. This is a warning to others, beware of this unreliable company full of empty promises.

Over the last few years they have been the only safe company to hand move all my safes, no other local companys will take the job due to the risks involved with safes and stairs. One company offered to do it for more then double almost triple what chris(the owner) gave me a quote for. They are fast and highly professional, would recommend them to everyone.

I have used this company twice for moving and also had a storage unit for nearly two years with them. By far the most honest and reliable company. 100% satisfied. They have integrity and their crew does an amazing job at packing, wrapping and handling. All very kind and I think most of them have been long term with the company. My mattress(new at the time), that sat in a storage unit there for literally almost 2 full years- still smells the same as it did the day they moved it. Never dealt with these guys to move my own stuff but as I write this they are moving one of my neighbors out of one of the apartments in my building and they are slamming the persons belongings up and down the stairs. They're using a dolly to go up and down the stairs, with stacks of boxes on the dolly bouncing down the stairs. Not only is this company inconsiderate of everyone else living in the area with all the noise they are making, but they obviously dont care about the persons belongings in the boxes since it doesn't appear they are using much care to move them. Its a bad look for

I used Christos and Christos for a local move to retrieve furniture and boxes from a storage facility and transport them to my house. I highly recommend them. The movers were efficient, courteous, and flexible. Also, they came in under their estimate in spite of the fact that we encountered some issues with access to the loading dock at the U-Haul storage facility. They created another solution on the spot by using another access with stairs.

BEWARE!!! The absolutely most horrible experience I have ever had with a business!!!!! The owner decided to cancel our preset appointment set for the next day at 1pm because we never provided them a pick up address. I made it very clear during the initial booking phone call with him that we were waiting for the accurate address. Either I would call him, or he would call me prior to the pick up. They never once made an attempt to call me thereafter to request the address. At 7:30pm the evening prior to the appointment, he leaves a message for me saying he had to cancel the appointment. Actually my experience was not as positive. The pictures on the internet show they wrap the furniture. They did not wrap or protect my furniture in anyway. When the furniture was damaged, they told us to pay the bill and they would assist us later. They did not. They claimed we tore and ripped the furniture. We learned our lesson for future moves.
