Our process is one of the things that sets us apart. We make sure that every detail matters - from our careful and considered selection of subcontractors to quality control at every stage of construction. This is an exercise in marking the dimensions of the pool onto the proposed site area. This is a great way to see the outlines of the actual size and shape of the pool.
Loved our experience with Tiago and Guido at Da Vinci. They took my vision and came up with a design that was the closest to what I was looking for. The other builders we talked to (which was many) came up with designs that strayed and didn't add any extra to the experience. Tiago did a design that not only matched the vision, but expanded on it - just gorgeous with thoughtful details that we hadn't thought to consider.

My wife and I built a lap pool in Austin. The first builder said he could add a negative edge. We were excited because we have a great view to the West. After he constructed the pool, I swam and tons of water flew over the side and down the hill. He failed to build a return catch basin and the design was seriously flawed. Essentially, the pool did not function as a lap pool. I called Tiago at Da Vinci and he came over and told us what we needed to do to fix it and kindly assisted us to make the pool functional. I found him to be a great communicator and very bright...rare in that business. Thank

Don't do it! I'm 6 months in to having water in the pool and it still doesn't work correctly. Mistakes, excuses, and missed deadlines were the norm during construction...and we didn't have one single change order. They sell really well, but delivery, follow up and customer service are lost on them. 100k pool that still doesn't work...YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
