OMG! .. outstanding service. Called on Thursday, they came out Friday morning bright and early . Inspected the system, fixed issue and explained how to avoid the simple and minor problem so that I would’ve have to worry about it again . He was professional, courteous and honest . Yes , honest . Didn’t charge arm and leg for some made up problem . I have already called to set up an appointment for my friend who is also in need of A/C repair . Triple thumbs up EXPRESS AIR .👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾 Airborne!!!

I called two different companies for an AC purchase and installation. Express was supposed to be my second choice and second opinion; as the first place I called came highly recommend from friends and family. Express became my primary business for this requirement. Not only was the price point spot on, but when Micheal didn't have or couldn't get the unit we discussed, we got a better unit for the same price.

I absolutely LOVE this company. I swore my 15 year old Bryant system had kicked the bucket, but Express Air saved the day again! They showed up on time, They were honest, and got me back up and cooling. They let me know that with the quality and age of my system that it may not last all summer. They even gave me a fair priced quote to replace. For the Freon, the maintenance that was needed, and my new thermostat, my ticket was under $600. I will definitely be a repeat customer!!!

Our initial call was to see if we could have our old dinosaur of a heating/air unit repaired or have it officially diagnosed as dead. Phillip (technician) came out to check it and was very helpful and professional. Once it was discovered that it was in fact beyond reasonable repair, he waited with me until Mike (sales) arrived. Information was relayed between them before Phillip left me in Mike's care. Both gentlemen answered any questions we asked and went out of their way to explain things. Great and fast company to consider for your next A/C replacement or repair. I was in the market for a new A/C so I called Express Heating and Air; left a message explaining my situation. 10 minutes later Phillip called back and 20 minutes after that he was at my residence discussing a new system. A few days later the new system was installed and I couldn't be happier.
I called another company in town and they could not compare to Express Heating and Air for both price and prompt service.
