Metro came out within one day of me calling. Paul looked at my issue and fixed it there on the spot. He explained what happened, how he was going to correct it, and what we could do to avoid a similar issue. I was so pleased with the responsiveness, service, and attention. I spoke with Paul midway through the day and he was kind enough to fit me in their schedule! The technician that came by, Dale, was friendly, professional, and worked very quickly. He went above and beyond by checking my outside unit under an umbrella since a rainstorm cropped up right after he arrived, and was mindful enough not to track mud back into my trailer. He had the part needed to fix the unit on his truck; so about 2 hours after picking up the phone I'm sitting in a cool, comfortable house. Pricing is fair and actually less than what I was expecting to pay.

Metro Climate Systems crew are very professional and respectful. My A/C is blowing air like never before. My landlord had to call 3 or 4 different companies to fix my A/C and they finally found the perfect match. I recommend Metro Climate Systems because they fixed my A/C! He came out to my Mother's house and quickly diagnosed the problem and gave me a very reasonable estimate that happened to be the lowest. Paul and his associate responded quickly to our call. We have a very old A/C compressor unit that, while still running, has gotten very loud. I appreciate that Paul recommended some options for making it quieter and didn't just suggest that we need to buy a new system. We had him replace the fan and motor, which definitely made a difference and will allow us to postpone the big investment a bit longer.

Paul was amazing. My AC broke in my mobile home and he was there within 20 minutes! He tried every option before having to accept that the most expensive repair was one we would have do. He clearly understood the difference between mobile home repairs and "regular" home repairs. Once he realized I needed a completely new part he had it in first thing. He charged a very reasonable fee for 3 hours of work, including motor replacement. He was friendly, very knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. I recommend him 100%!

I have an older A/C system (Heat Pump) that started freezing up when the blower would not start. I called Metro Climate and scheduled a service call for the next day. Paul, the owner called me the next morning to get an address and lock in a time. He showed up when he said he would and quickly identified the problem. He also did a test of the critical components on the system without trying to up-sale, replace parts that did not need replacing or tell me that the whole system was old and that I needed a new one. Excellent price, excellent customer service. I know who I am calling to replace it

Metro Climate Systems saved the day!!! First of all, I do not know why A/C units always break on Fridays or the weekend, but they do! We live a decent distance from where Paul was, but he had no problem with driving the extra distance to save my sweaty self from complete combustion! He was not only professional, but efficient and with competitive pricing, whats not to love!! I also love supporting small hometown businesses! Paul stayed around to make sure that the A/C unit was working properly and cooling effectively, which he didn't have to do. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone
