PBZ Construction Corporation was founded in 1993 by Paul Zampine and Robert Ayer. Both Paul and Bob are graduates of Blue Hill Regional with many years of experience in all types of residential and commercial construction. PBZ has a vast list of projects completed for numerous clients ranging from complex detailed additions, second level or interior remodeling, new homes, corporate build-outs, down to simple decks and patios.

I've used PBZ and Bob for multiple projects over 9 years...from a studs out bathroom rebuild To managing a brand new heating system for an old Victorian home and just finished a ground up porch. Bob is fantastic! He'll treat your home like his own and his team ensures top quality work. I cannot imagine anyone being more responsive, more supportive more responsible and more creative! I am a business owner that does a lot of mold remediation work in the eastern Massachusetts area. Since we don't do the build back work our customers need to find a rebuilding contractor to rebuild all the contaminated materials we removed. This companies name has been mentioned to me over and over with high praise from our past customers. I have never met anyone from this company, but I have seen their finished work. This usually happens when our past customers call us back weeks later to return to perform post air testing of a mold remediated area. Their work was always performed to a high standard

Seemed like a nice enough company, but then canceled an appointment for an estimate, and when Bob finally showed up and took his notes, we never heard from him again, even after leaving a voicemails and waiting 3 business days for the quote which was promised the same day of the estimate. Buyer Beware
