Starting fall of 2015, By Design Construction is to develop and build The Canton Ice House. A State-of-The-Art Ice Complex to be located in Canton MA. The project will include two (2) NHL size rinks, twelve (12) locker rooms, four (4) coach rooms, four (4) referee rooms, a pro shop, a skate room, and supporting infrastructure.
Both rinks will have substantial spectator seating; seven hundred (700) seats combined. By Design Construction, Inc. teams up with Compass Medical, P.C. to design and develop a 26,319 s.f. DUXBURY ESTATES is comprised of a forty-four (44) unit, age-restricted town home community located off of Summer Street in Duxbury, MA.

When Cape Cod Surgical Associates decided to expand its offices directly across from Cape Cod Hospital, it turned to a specialist for help - By Design - Design/Build Contractors, specializing in healthcare interiors. Office Manager Sandy Leavell had held By Design's small brochure for more than a year anticipating the need for construction.

This is what produced the new suite of offices in Watertown, MA. An affiliate of St. Elizabeth's Medical Center, the Caritas Medical Group, needed to expand its Watertown office space.
When the new 35,000 square foot building on Route 3A in Cohasset opened, it was the first local medical office building in the area. The anchor tenant is Cohasset Family Practice which occupies the entire fourth floor (approximately 6,500 square feet). This six physician group practice has grown in the Cohasset area since it was founded in the 1970's by Steve Golden, MD.
Emerson Hospital again contracts to By Design Construction to develop a 45,000 square foot medical building at 196 Baker Avenue, Concord, MA. Emerson Hospital Health Center will provide non-emergency health care including internal medicine physicians and pediatricians as well as diagnostic services including radiology, mammography, ultrasound and lab services.
