We hired Morrell Construction to build a Mother-In-Law apartment onto our home for my mom to move in with us. The entire process from my first phone call to the final build being complete took about a year. We went through several revisions on the floor plan until we came to one that worked well. Michael has training in providing homes for elderly folks so that they can "age in place". He had lots of great suggestions for things we could do to make the home accessible for my mom now as well as what she might need in the future. We have never had to build anything before so were happy that Michael

We've had to call them several times to even get them to do anything. I'm not pleased with this companies quality of work. We wanted a change and a friend referred him to us. Their house looked amazing. We've had to to call the office several times to find out what the "heck" is happening to our home. We've been able to live with the constant in and out of people coming to do repairs, but the work isn't at all professional. I've had to call out other contractors to finish up my daughters room, so she can be comfortable. Don't know what to say about this company but I'd never use them again. It

This is how my home was left due to several attempts to get the issue resolved. This Company will not listen to you and continues to want money when he will not fix the mess his contractors left. He has treated us like we do not matter. He stated he always oversees the projects and he has yet to come to the project. We have gone through several project managers since he cannot keep people there. I feel like he has discriminated against us because we are minority women. We have sent pictures talked to everyone but him. We refuse to as all he does is lie to us. He has even called us names and called

I went to Morrell Construction yesterday to discuss replacing the bathroom in my home after being referred to them by a colleague. Once entering the showroom I was met at the door by a lady and gentlemen who did not introduce themselves, or asked us is we wanted to look around. You can clearly see kitchen and bathroom models of different products throughout the facility. I was given a packet to outline what they had, and asked to fill out a form, and that the owner would be in contact me when he arrived. I was never contacted by the owner.
I was treated as if I was not worthy of being in their

I came in around 4:55 or 5pm on a weekday. I walked in and asked if they were still open, as I didn't see a sign anywhere. They said they were. I tried to explain my vision for a kitchen with them. The main guy, seemed like the owner, answered my questions but kept eluding to me having to do more research and find out exactly what I wanted. Keep in mind, I know what I want but I also know my budget and was looking for guidance about what we can do within that budget. He didn't seem to like that, and basically told me he doesn't work that way, he wasn't going to drive out for a consultation if I
