Highly recommend Steve and his team of professionals. They identified a great solution to a structural deficiency in our home and fixed it. This repair would have been very intrusive to our daily life, but the team made it so we barely noticed they were there.

Steve solved a structural issue we had been dealing with for years that was the result of poor design and workmanship by another contractor and something other contractors were unwilling to work on. Steve came up with a creative solution that was simple, low cost and, most importantly, repaired the structural issue once and for all. We also had some work done on our roof. Both projects exceeded my expectations in terms of quality and value.

I wanted to let everyone know that they can count on Steve Sherrill Construction to stand behind their work. Recently we had an unforeseen leak after work was performed over a year ago and Steve Sherrill Construction found the issue though it wasn't easy and resolved it and now it looks better than ever. Steve Sherrill Construction did an "excellent" job on repairing and replacing our roof. The quality of work surpassed our expectations, the quality of materials used were excellent, the workmen were skilled and stayed on schedule, and the price was very reasonable. The planning stages and pricing were all discussed carefully with us, with requests for our input and any suggestions we might have, including a final review and our approval, before the work was started. Could not have asked for a better experience during the construction of the patio and roof replacement on my house. The crews did a fantastic job of cleaning up each day after the work was complete. These guys came out to change a header above our garage door. They were able to get us on their schedule right away and every member of the team they sent out was polite, professional and did an all round great job! They cleared up well after themselves and even brought my trash cans in! Above and beyond any other level of service I've yet to come across in Southlake. The job they did was A+++.

I want to recommend Steve and Mike Sherrill. Total remodel, taking out walls and accomplishing my design dreams by listening and implementing total high quality materials and workmanship. My "out of the box" wishes were implemented and they added a WOW factor from their expertise that create an amazing dream home. Because of this, I ask them to tackle my roofs on two homes. Again with their designer choices and excellent materials, I am Beyond words of their honest and professional approach. This being my first General Contractor experience as a Designer and Homeowner made it an excellent experience
