Before installation: Fantastic customer service, product knowledge, and patience as I worked through the options.
Installation Day: Team was on time, ready, and thoughtful as they protected my home before beginning work. Everyone was very personable and professional. Even had some really great conversations. I live in a warehouse turned residential property and the front door opening needed some in the moment modifications before the new door could be installed. Not only did they do the modifications but went above and beyond to ensure it was better insulated and more structurally sound than before

I contacted Obrebski Brothers based on the strength of their Google reviews and I was not disappointed. I was looking for a window company to replace all of the windows in a home I had recently purchased. The entire process was very smooth. The estimator showed up right on time. He did a good job of explaining their process and product offering without any hard sell or pressure tactics. I received a clear written estimate within a few days. After I placed my order, they returned to take final measurements.

We had a door into the garage replaced which leaked when it rained. They were prompt and efficient, removed the old door without damage to siding, added exterior header& trim wrapped in aluminum, and cleaned up all construction debris. They also replaced the interior trim around the door. After a few rain events the door has not leaked and looks great. The guys were also really personable.

After getting several estimates from other companies Obrebski Brothers was by far the best price for patio doors and a Storm door both installed by over almost half of the other companies. The only problem was the time frame of getting custom doors. Not their fault as any custom built doors are taking a long time.

I had service done at the end of April and am writing a review now as I wanted to see how the quality of service withstood some time and mostly because I kept forgetting to write a review. I had 11 windows and 2 doors replaced and other than the obvious look of the windows being a lot better than the original doors and windows, I immediately noticed the lack of drafts on the cooler days and the outside noise being greatly diminished. By far the best price in town. The installation was fast, and they did a fantastic job covering everything up and cleaning up after the install. I want to give them a 4.5 as they randomly showed up without an appointment to install the door (I'm assuming they had a scheduling mix-up). None the less I would use their service again and recommend it to anyone looking for a new door or window. I love my new front door!
