American Horizon has been working on homes for more than 30 years. My name is Arnie Bethoulle and I am the owner of American Horizon. Born and raised here in Baltimore, I have made many homeowners extremely happy with the quality of our work. We are one of the oldest and original Home Improvement Companies around.

Arnie and his crew installed all new windows, sliding door, entry door and storm door for us. I would recommend Arnie to anyone. He explained everything to us and provided a detailed estimate and very fair price. The quality of the windows and doors and installation were wonderful. Everything works well and the house is so quiet now, it’s great. He made sure to call and update us every few weeks on delivery dates. They arrived on time and were very professional. He made sure we understood how everything works and is available by phone for any questions. I would not hesitate to call him again

Recently had 12 windows in my home installed... was quoted a fair price.. was so eager to have them installed.. but had to wait for good weather.. ernie kept up with me periodically by calling me to keep me updated on the arrival of my windows from warehouse to my home. Once the weather broke he came to install. They were done in 3-4 days.. I no longer feel a draft and my home is more quiet.. good job. Clean and down to earth guys

We were going to go with this company the owner was very nice until I asked him to make sure that when they came out to do the actual job I wanted to make sure the workers wore there mask because my son had a double lung transplant and kidney transplant and we can’t take the chances of him getting ill and he refused and said “I’m gonna have to walk away.”THERE IS A STATE MANDATE TO WEAR A MASK.

We got 2 new storm doors from Arnie at American Horizon. The quality of the work was second to none. My brick frame being 70 years old was a problem. But, Arnie being a true craftsman made everything right. His wrapping and encapsulating in aluminum was just perfect. The old school craftsmanship is why I would recommend American Horizon every time.

I Had a really old picture window that I wanted to replace with windows that opened. I googled a window company near my location and this company came up and had all 5 star reviews which was great. From the moment I called the owner Arnie, he was friendly, professional, knowledgeable. I knew what i wanted but he helped me to choose a window that would look good on my particular house. He was not pushy, just very experienced and pointed out the different options and why i should pick those. It wasn’t about the cost but rather what would look nicer. He was right!! I love my window. I love everything

We are very pleased with the work done by American Horizon Windows and Doors. Arnie and his helper Mike were there when they said they would be. The storm doors were expertly installed and there was no mess left behind. It was good dealing with someone who takes pride in their work. Arnie made sure we were completely satisfied before accepting his payment. We will definitely use him again for future work.

After reaching out to Arnie and receiving a well detailed estimate, we decided to go with American Horizon Windows and Doors. Arnie provided an estimate install date perfectly. He was great at providing updates throughout the process. Arnie and Mike did a bang up job installing the door and addressing a few issues that took craftsmanship to get things perfect. They left things cleans and explained what we needed to know has the homeowners.

Arnie ensures you have great quality for your money. He spent two hours just during the quoting process to make sure we got what we wanted within a reasonable price. We had both exterior doors replaced (a sliding glass door and front door with two sidelights). He ensured we understood everything happening each step of the way. We were certain we were getting high quality work and products. We didn't hesitate to hire him after quoting because we felt the jobs would be done right. Arnie and Mike are very professional and cleaned up well after the jobs.
