Came out in the beginning when we first started using Da Bug Buster and service was good. Unfortunately, things did not stay that way. He would text in advance stating that he would be out on a certain day but never show up. When called to address a problem that needed to be resolved he was CONFRONTATIONAL and NOT PROFESSIONAL. He stated that he was firing us as a customer. It shows that we have money in our escrow account still , but when we questioned him about it he stated that it's not our money. I will not be recommending him to friends or family etc. Very disappointed to say the least.

I called regarding wasps at my home and Da Bug Busters were very knowledgeable during the phone call. In addition, they saw I was having trouble taking time off of work to schedule an appointment so they sent someone out to investigate the outside of my house as soon as they could! Very impressed with the quality of customer service and they will become my go to business for pest problems.

On Tuesday morning, I called and set up an appointment for the next day between 12:00 and 3:00 PM to take care of an ant problem. He did not show up in the scheduled window, so I gave him a call at 3:08 PM. There was a mix up on his end, so I scheduled him to come out the following morning. He couldn't give a specific time, but said he'd give me a call by 10:00 AM regarding an estimated time he'd be out. I received no call and called him at 10:34 AM. He then said he would be out at 12:00 PM. By 2:00 PM, he still was not at the house. I called at 2:14 PM and told him there was no need to come by

Six months ago, we found some mice droppings in our basement. It was a panic thing for me to handle. At first, we asked Guardian to come and they set some mouse traps in the garage and basement and said that they would come again in a month. After they left, I thought that it shouldn't take that long to catch the mice. Also the traps (poison drug boxes) they set weren't working at all. They did not catch any mice at all.
