Paul came out and did a thorough inspection and fortunately found minimal invasion. My cat had brought me a gift of a live chipmunk. The cat and I couldn't catch it.
I called Hatfield's and that wasn't in their realm of magic BUT they referred me to an other company that specializes in removal. I was surprised and greatful for their help.

Our technician was very informative. We had mosquito treatment for our yard and he explained what he was going to do during the process, how often they do it, and made sure to tell us that it was pet friendly. They do an awesome job!
