I love that Tranquil Home uses eco-friendly cleaning materials. Jenelle showed up at the scheduled appointment time and was really thorough! She was able to remove years of old, caked-in grime and dirt previous in the kitchen and bathrooms. The process to schedule an appointment was easy and straightforward and I was really happy with the pricing, communication, and with their policies to ensure COVID safety.

The customer service part was great. They just didn’t clean as well as I was expecting for having sent 2 people, total of over 6+ hours of work, on my 1300sq ft home that I haven’t even moved in to yet. They did give me a discount and tried to make it right hence 4 stars.

From booking to the actual day of service, the customer service and cleaning was a fantastic experience. We have a newborn and 2 cats so we needed to be able to move around the house during the cleaning and Leticia was so accommodating and patient with us. Our townhouse has a lot of stairs and split levels and no corner or stair tread was overlooked. Leticia was on time and so kind, we would love to work with her again. We would recommend Tranquil Home for a standard cleaning and are even looking forward to rebooking soon.

We hired this company to clean our house. HORRIBLE SERVICE + DAMAGED ITEMS. The place was not cleaned properly and the cleaner left early because she was done. I was specifically told that the outside of the kitchen trash can will be cleaned as well as the ceiling fans- none were done. I specifically asked the person to clean the entrance and it was left undone. The rail on the side of the stairs was dusty and a lot of other areas were not touched. A cleaner cancelled my first appointment on Saturday morning due to feeling under the weather. Of course health is a priority, but I was really relying on the cleaning. Expressed my frustration, company was able to sort out another cleaner within an hour for later that afternoon, and on top of it honored a 50% discount. The cleaning was great and cleaner very trustworthy. Will be back!

This is a review based solely off the cleaning of our home, not this company as a whole. Deal with them was easy as was scheduling and payment.

They quoted me 250-350 for a deep clean of my tiny apartment. They charged me 462$... over 100$ of what they quoted me. Horrible horrible horrible. The women cleaning were so kind - but they were cleaning the kitchen and living room (which mind you are very very small as its an apartment) for over 3 hours and when they said "oh - you you mind if we stay an extra thirty minutes to clean the upstairs" i said "sure... i paid for my whole house to be done - so i expect it to be done" yeah - they went over by an hour and now they are charging ME for it. My family just purchased a new home and we contacted Tranquil Home to deep clean it. The home is very clean and ready for us to move in. They were very prompt, friendly and did an amazing job! Very over priced. We had two cleaners come for 4 hours and I still had to vacuum and dust certain areas that were missed. The last cleaning company I used had 1 cleaner come out for 4 hours and it was more than half the price and about the same quality of cleaning. The customer service is very nice and responsive so I really appreciated that aspect of the company.

EXTREMELY professional. I didn't know there could be such thoroughness in scheduling and executing a home cleaning. Only knock would be that they don't do windows. Not a big enough issue to lose a star as they were exceedingly proficient in all other areas. I would definitely recommend for a solid deep cleaning of the prime areas of a home, most notably the bathrooms and kitchen. Both areas sparkled once they were finished. Thank you Tranquil Home.

We have used this cleaning service twice now and have been very impressed. Once was a deep clean and once for a standard clean. The cleaners were very efficient and professional. The company is very accommodating especially when we had to change our date around. And they are very affordable compared to other cleaning companies. Would recommend and have already booked more sessions with them.

Short answer: NO, would not use again.
Long answer: Hired for a Move-in/Deep Clean. We all have different standards of cleaning I suppose, but when I signed up for a move-in/deep clean, I expect the basics to be accomplished which they weren't as you can see in the pictures.
I have tall kitchen cabinets in which I don't think any of the cleaners used a step ladder (don't recall seeing a ladder at all actually) to reach the top shelves.
I went back and re-did all the work and it took me many hours of breaking my own back (which was what I was trying to prevent by hiring a company
