We ordered a dining table from Amish Outlet Store and are very pleased with it. The lead time was a few months, but it was more than worth the wait. The quality is truly impressive and the table looks beautiful in our home.
There was a delay with the second part of out order, but their customer service team has communicated well and kept us updated.

Wrong place to buy hardwood furniture.
I bought a piece of furniture in February. They say wait time for delivery is 12-17 weeks. I email once to tell them My stain choice and perhaps an update. I never got an update, just the mention of the wait period.
12 weeks happens. I email for an update, still patient as I understand the process. Robin tells me to wait a few more weeks. Between 12-17, I get it. June hits; “so...any update?” I ask. They transfer me to a manager. He tells me not only was it not ready, THEY DIDNT EVEN START WORKING ON IT YET!!! And that there was no chance of getting

Ordered table and chairs.. cost was about 800 dollars more than an equivalent set in OAK VANEER. Instead, SOLID oak. All the stores in my area were 1500 to 5000 more for any thing comparable. Very high quality, excellent finish, very happy. Price included delivery to Arizona. I will be a repeat customer for sure.

We purchased new furniture for our bedroom to replace a few pieces of 30-year-old furniture. I ordered a square Ashley dining table at custom pub height with upholstered Edison bar chairs, all made of solid hickory in a tobacco finish. I've had the set for about 9 months and absolutely love it. I placed the order on November 2018 and received the set in March 2019 as scheduled. The quality of the wood is amazing and the finish is so beautiful. The fabric choices were a bit overwhelming, but Amish Outlet sent out several fabric samples along with wood options, making the process much easier. They also gave me great advice on what to expect with hickory in terms of stain penetrance and durability

After not finding exactly what we wanted at furniture stores, we ordered two bookcases and a large coffee table from the website with adjusted sizes to fit our room. They turned out exactly as we wanted, and were a great deal compared to furniture stores (and are solid wood). The builder asked questions throughout the process to ensure the final product was perfect. I highly recommend this seller.
