Out playground set sustained damage in November 2020. We immediately contacted Hartville Outdoor Playground division. We were told when a crew was in our area they would evaluate the set and determine the needed parts. Waited several weeks, which I understood but communication was zero. If it was not for me following up I would have never gotten a response, as they clearly demonstrated that through this process. Numerous emails and waiting until March of 21 with no solution, I continued to reach out and keep things moving along and on their radar. Went through numerous conversations and attempts

My wife and I stopped in after hours and drove back in the lot to take a look as it is quite a maze. A person on site came running up behind me and started yelling that I needed to get my vehicle off the property. This continued to be repeated several times as I apologized each time."They have had too much stolen recently" . I'm sorry... but I was driving an SUV, not a truck with lift and trailer. I understand the issue, but his actions were very rude and inappropriate.

I am extremely happy with the physical shed and the service that Hartville Outdoor Products provided. The shed is extremely well built. My salesman Michael always kept me informed and was very responsive to my inquiries. The owner Scott went above and beyond expectations to make sure I was a happy customer, and I really appreciated that. I 100% recommend them!

Very professional, although I haven't took delivery of my Barn yet, been ordered since 8/20/2020. Looking forward to seeing the finished product. Must be busy builders, Ryan homes puts up house's in this amount of time. Still very happy and hoping it's worth the wait.
