Absolutely amazing experience. One of their designers came to our home, took measurements and talked with us about our style preferences. We then came back to the store a week or so later for a design presentation. We got nearly everything on sale (40% off or so), so our furnishings ended up costing less than you'd pay at far less upscale establishments. On our delivery date, the designer came with the crew to carefully arrange our pieces and brought along a large selection of accessories for us to choose from, if we liked.
