I hired Genesis Home Remodeling for a complete interior renovation project because of quality, good working relationships, and competitive pricing. Guy Sellouk (owner) listens to the customer's needs and offers a one-stop-shop service with his team of subcontractors, engineers, architects, interior designers, electricians, painters, etc. He adhered to the contract schedule and adjusted with any change orders or permit-related delays from the city building department. He also provided excellent references and made himself available at all times.

From the beginning of the process Guy was 100% professional. From coming out to my house to provide a quote and provide samples of flooring (hardwood floor install), to scheduling a crew to come out for the install. The crew that was sent again 100% professional and did the tear down & completed the install in 1 day!!! If you are looking for a team from beginning to end that will treat you with the outmost respect and true professionalism then this is the team you want to work with!!! Guy and his team worked on the outside of our home. Because of water damage, moisture damage and wear and tear, the wood trimmings were very old and the panels were separating.
They replaced all the trim and caulked the side panels that were separating and painted our entire exterior.
It looks SO good! We've gotten so many compliments already!
Guy was also very responsive with my questions along the way. He notified me before his contractors and workers were going to come as a heads up. His subcontractors also communicated with us as needed.
And although the construction can get super messy

First off, I want to express how responsive and professional David was throughout this process. Every question we had was answered in a timely manner and he even offered suggestions on how to make the product come out the best way possible which we didn't think of before. Although we decided to cancel the project due to the amount of work our house needed to make it a great product, I would highly recommend Genesis Home Remodeling.

We really enjoyed working with Genesis Home Remodeling, from start to finish. They were wonderful about accommodating our tastes and considering costs as we tried to stretch our budget as much as we could. They also did a great job helping us figure out some features of universal design that will allow friends and family with mobility challenges to access our whole first floor, including the new bathroom, with ease without compromising the look of the room for our everyday use.

After long process of meeting with different contractors that i couldn’t trust , A friend recommended Guy and David from Genesis Home Remodeling as he had used them remodel he’s kitchen in the past.
After couple meetings with they’re designer they provided me with a 3D design for the Kitchen and Living Room .I liked the design and decided to go with them.
I must say that this is my first time doing major remodeling and dealing with contractors , but I couldn’t

They did a fantastic job in our master bathroom and we are very pleased with the results so we decided to do new hardwood floors as well.They handled both projects professionally and efficiently and we are very happy we with our choice.
After we spent hours with many contractors and received different bid,David made us feel very comfortable throughout the process ,also the workers were very clean and moved our furniture carefully during the flooring replacement.
All in all we give this guys 5 star and we’ll definitely hire them for any future projects!

Hired this company for my guest bathroom and couldn't be ask for better team to work in my house!
They were very professional and worked efficiently to make sure we pass all inspections and dont come across any issues and that was fantastic!
The quality of the finishes were very high standards and you can tell by the tile work that this guys are very skilled.
Besides that, they were very clean and this made my experience even better.

Choosing Genesis Home Remodeling for my house renovation was easy after I watched them working on my friend's house and was amazed by the performance and high quality of project management.
My project was including Flooring throughout the house(about 1,250 sqf)both carpet and hardwood,2 bathrooms and popcorn ceiling removal which automatically become a full paint job.
The project was managed by Ron who was very helpful and knowledgeable and helped me to make few decisions regarding design issues I had and made it so much easier than I expected it to be.
