In my experience, these two firms [TCB Builders and The Design Partnership] have an approach that I believe clients will find very rare and refreshing these days. As an example, even before a formal agreement was defined, multiple site visits were made to complete programming and planning for the CT project.
Staring with a cold shell, TCB helped facilitate the lease and construction by working with both Landlord and Tenant to cover the gaps in construction scope. One of the larger retail stores for this client, TCB prefabbed the structural components to support a new 3 concrete topping slab that is suspended 4' above the existing structural slab.
