David has accumulated nearly 30 years of experience in the construction industry and serves as an advocate and hands-on leader for the Harper team. Since joining Harper in 1991, David has successfully managed a diverse portfolio of projects in the commercial, education, institutional, and industrial markets.

I work with Harper General Contractors as a vendor for their branded apparel, uniforms, marketing materials, etc. and they are fantastic to work with! We've been doing business with them routinely for over a year. Their team is always professional, friendly and responsive. I would certainly recommend them as a customer!

Harper is a Trustworthy, Faithful, and Humble organization. I very much enjoy working for Harper and the opportunities they provide me. Harper gave me a home away from home after my wife and relocated to the area. It's truly a wonderful community of people with a great vision to build up our communities through construction.
