Having been a victim of what a clogged dryer vent can do to a home and be dealing with the difficulties of finding a reputable company to help presented the need for such a company. As first-time business owners, we did our homework during the business setup process. We had expectations of what we wanted when a services company came to our home but weren't sure if it was the same with other families.

We were very pleased with the entire process.
Cory analyzed and tackled a very difficult drier duct repair job for us and completed it in the best and most efficient way. Excellent work!
The initial service call scheduling was also efficient, polite and worked perfectly.

Great service on the phone and in person! They were able to come out and get my dryer vent clean in a day. I had a later appointment but then I was moved up to an earlier time. Highly recommended!

Charged $435 for them to run a vacuum hose through my dryer vents and clean them out. Was called a "deep" scrubbing. Then they charged $150 for a new dryer hose and vent cover (caulking is done horribly). Total bill over $630. I did not let them work on second vent, paid them, and asked them to please go. Overcharged excessively! Also the company that showed up was not called West Houston Dryer...they went by Service Pro. Beware.

I never write reviews but this service was awesome. Kevin came out for a simple clean and booster fan install. It ended up being duct replacement and serious troubleshooting. Solved all my problems and was the best service I have had on anything dealing with my house. Thanks guys and especially Kevin!!

Very helpful with info from the first phone call through the end of the service. Kevin was the tech, was on time, did a thorough job and documented issues he found with the construction and condition of the vent, recommended solutions to those problems and gave us pointers on how to prevent future issues. Overall, great service.

Excellent service. The owner came personally to my home. He was on time. Fully explained what he was doing and why he was doing it. Fully explained his unconditional warranty and told me not to hesitate at all to call (he really meant it too).
He stuck to his quote. This is an honest man running an honest company. Highly recommend him to anyone.
