It was my first time ordering an air duct cleaning service. I was amazed by the efficiency and professionalism of Sunny- the technician that arrived. Not only was he prompt, kind and honest, but he also suggested i let him take care of cleaning my drier vent. He took a quick look and said something is clogging it. At first, i was a bit suspicious, thinking he's trying to get more money from me, but when he pulled a huge bird's nest out of it i felt so blessed to have trusted him and letting him do his job. During the appointment the technician was explaining the whole sanitation process.
I kept asking him about all the machinery and the different equipment he was bringing in.
The technician was very informative, patient and competent.
