Made me feel like this was just a big scam, with free estimate, then way overpricing estimates, almost $900 for one hour job.

Action one plumbing . Steve and Rubin came out , looked at the problem , suggested some options , and we agreed on to me a very reasonable price , and they went to work . $1,900 to use their War Hog device (compressed air and water) to remove a few spots where roots had creeped in through the pipe joints is too expensive in my opinion. Granted, there were a few wipees in the line (not many).
I routinely (yearly) have the sewer line, from the trap in the back yard to the city line, cleaned out so there wasn't too much debris in the line. This was visually seen using their camera system. The pipe infrastructure was also intact and no obvious breaks in the line.

Extremely prompt service to unclog a drain. Temporarily got us going on a busy laundry day at home, and then came back to finish the job at no extra charge. Very thorough, polite and competent. Would not hesitate to recommend Action One!

I had a bathroom sink clogged. Plumber was good but he charged me $300 to fix it. He charged me $125 to diagnose the problem. What diagnosis? The sink was clogged with icky material. Then $80 an hour for labor. It took him an hour. He did replace a knob but i looked up the price online - it was $7.
I've had clogged sinks before and never paid that much. Their rates are just too high.

BE WARNED! These guys came out for a simple toilet clog and said the main line was clogged with roots and it would cost over $800.00 to fix!! Still had to pay the $80.00 and sent them on their way. Second plumber came out and had it fixed in less than 15 minutes!! No major clog. These guys are crooks!!!!

Action One came to our rescue this recent Black Friday when our sewer system started backing up into our bathroom. Bryan showed up within 15 minutes of our call on a holiday and was outstanding in explaining the work needed, doing a quality repair job, and following up later - a very competent plumber and really nice person. This isn't the first time we have relied on Action One, and Bryan's excellent service is why we will be calling them next time we need a plumber.

I cannot recommend these guys enough - I only wish there was more than 5 stars to give them! I had a "horror movie" type of plumbing issue at 6am on a Sunday morning. So bad I didn't even want to call anyone out - it was so horrible.
STEVE showed up at 10am (just 2 hours after I called) didn't even flinch and had the job fixed and running within the hour. He was considerate about trampling through our house to check the other bathrooms which I really appreciated, was super helpful and knew exactly where all the problems were. I'll leave out the dirty details, but let's just call it major blockage. Came out today, just finished... didn't charge an arm or leg... and the problem's fixed.

I had a backed up sink with standing water in it at 7:00 PM, placed a call with multiple plumbers for quotes and of those that answered, Action One was not the cheapest nor the most expensive, but provided the quickest response time. They quoted they would be able to get to my home in 1 hour, but Ruben H. got there in 30 minutes! Ruben quickly assessed the situation, grabbed his tools and got to work. He got the drain unclogged and tested his work and cleaned up the area in about 1 hour. I have since recommended Action One Plumbing to a coworker. Keep up the great work guys!

This is been a great experience. Not only was it positive from the beginning but they called in two months later to check how things were going ...that, to me, is a company that cares. Steve is a caring person that truly wants to make sure that you are happy with his service. Highly recommended

Ruben was fantastic. We had a really difficult time figuring out what the issue was with our water heater and Ruben was available to us anytime we needed him. After 9 days without hot water, Ruben told me he wouldn't leave my house until we had our hot water back...which was at 9pm on day 9.
