Our process begins with an initial consultation where a member of our team will visit with you at your home to evaluate your needs and goals and answer any questions you have. At this time, we will take the appropriate notes and photos needed to generate a proposal for you. After this meeting, our trade partner will prepare a satellite measurement of your roof top for generating a proposal.

Where do I begin? Salesman Reggie came out and tried to talk me OUT of buying a skylight. He started telling me how great SolaTubes were instead, and I should look into them. I brought to his attention the fact that he’d just walked by two SolaTubes on his way in, and I had three more throughout the house.

We used Recovery Roofing in the spring, approximately 6 months ago for some roof repair and gutter repair. Specifically, our roof was leaking in one section and we were told it was repaired and the job was completed. 6 months later it is leaking again in the same exact spot. We were told there is no warranty due to them not installing the roof, but since it is leaking exactly where they worked/repaired, then this is very disappointing. The overall work seemed very neglected. Good luck.

Cody Walkup was absolutely great to work with as the inspector on the project. He was responsive, came to my house a few times and gave me estimates. After that, it got a little dicy. I didn't hear anything to schedule the roof work to be done for a while and then after a scheduled 3 weeks out I didn't hear anything and had to reach out to see if the work was still happening the day before just to make sure I had my days right. Once confirmed, they showed up climbed on my roof at 7am and got to work with no warning, no knock on the door, no "we're on the way" or anything, which I was okay with

We had damaged roof and gutters to repair from the year before last. Chris Walkup from Recovery Roofing kindly inspected the roof and patiently worked with adjuster and finalized a sound repair plan with us. Before the actual repair, the lead of the repair teams, Josh, contacted us and explained in detail how the work was going to be done. The repair teams, roof and gutter, came to get work done on different days. They were also willing to adjust their schedule according to ours, which we greatly appreciated. During the process, office manager Kelly was also super helpful in keeping us informed

I purchased a house that unknown to us (or the inspector) had a major roof leak. I had to put buckets out when it rained. Apparently it was a complicated issue as I had roofers come out to tell me they could not help. A different roofer "fixed" the problem with no improvement. I called Recovery Roofing. It took a few visits but they did not give up. Dan was awesome. He stayed on top of it, calling to check on us, sending people out to check on the roof and helping me find other contractors (brick repair) needed. I can not thank Recovery Roofing and Dan enough for helping me.
