The crew at A1 Roofing made a quick repair on my roof which was from a tree branch that punctured a hole in my roof shingles. The small leak was from a storm that passed thru the area recently and I had several tree branches on the roof. A1 was quick to respond, on time and priced right. We felt like we had a leak was going to be a hard to find but the roofers found it with out a lot of trouble. They gave us a quote and after they found the problem they stayed with their quote. Would recommend this crew Tommy was in the field and the Daniel was the office.

Both Daniel and John were good in responding to an issues 5 years after they did our roof. John came to fix the problem immediately (even when it was not their fault and caused by solar panel company) They did not want to get paid and considered that as part of their warranty.

Called Daniel to get a quote. He said yea no problem just send me the pictures. I did so but received no response. I provided multiple forms of pictures, PDF, Word etc. I sent more follow up emails and then left a few voicemails. I know this seems like a trivial complaint however I expressed I was going through due diligence and really needed this feedback. Still knowing my situation, I was ignored. To this day, no email reply, no call back.
