Thanks to Matt with Urgent Services LLC we avoided getting taken advantage of by some shady companies in the area. He didn't charge us an emergency fee for after hours emergency service. Another company came out and refused to pump our tank and told us we needed a new system and quoted us over 60k to do it. We had Matt come out and he gladly pumped the tank and found out our distribution box had collapsed. His prices and knowledge are the best in the business, thank you Urgent Services.

Matt was more than willing to come out after hours and didn't even change additional rates! He was so knowledgeable and professional and no B.S. he pumped out our septic tank and informed us of the repairs needed to fix the issues and with that we will be having him make the repairs. Matt is amazing, always on time, always honest and straight forward. We had a leach field fail and he had to install a new lift station and field on the other side of our property, he had to work with a number of people and coordinated all the work and the people he recommended were also very professional and responsive. It could not have gone any better. If you have any septic need this is your guy!

I had Matt with Urgent Services come out to assess my septic problem. He was fast and professional. Found out my distribution box had failed so Matt pumped the tank so we could still use everything in the house while he got the distribution box replaced. Urgent Services price and quality of work is top notch. Would definitely recommend!
