NoCo did septic inspection and pumped out the septic for us. They were on time, friendly, courteous, even moved our moving trailer out of the way for us so that they could get to the tank. They provided us with a nice report and video. They were very reasonably priced and professional. I recommend them for any service and would definitely use them again.

Our neighborhood has separate lift stations for each of the 14 homes. Scott was very accommodating in arranging for 10 of the homes to have each lift station serviced on one day. I was impressed with Scott's knowledge, professionalism, and attention to detail. He provided each home owner with before and after pictures of cleaning out the lift station as well as a picture showing a measurement of the electric current in the line that operates the pump. I had provided a hose for him to use to clean out the system, which he wrapped and disconnected from the house when he was done, which was very thoughtful

Scott at NoCo is the most professional contractor we have dealt with in this area. We live in the mountains and plenty of companies make promises and don't live up to them. They also don't return calls and have no sense of urgency. Scott is everything every vendor should be. On time (actually earlier than quoted). Returns calls and delivers as promised. Very reasonably priced and provides a quote before the work. I can't say enough about this man and company. The very best thing I can say is that I 100% trust him to take care of business in a timely manner at a reasonable cost.

Scott was incredibly responsive and communicative. Every other septic company I sincerely attempted to work with, gave me a huge run-around, were negligent in returning emails and calls, provided extreme misinformation, and when I was finally able to get a septic pump scheduled, it was over 4 months out!!! NoCo was recommended on my nextdoor neighborhood newsletter. I gave them a call and couldn’t be happier. They did a fantastic job in every way. NoCo responded immediately, scheduled within two weeks and kept excellent communication, the pumping and cleaning of my septic was extremely well done

I am selling a home in the mountains. I needed septic services. I called around, and everyone seemed unwilling to come to the home, or just plain unprofessional. Some gave me quotes, but were not able to get me scheduled in a timely manner (a few days to a week).
I called NoCo Septic, and Scott called me back within a few hours. He was out of the state at the time, but still called me back.
I was able to schedule a time for my service with Scott within a few days of calling. When his technician (Matt) arrived, he was on time, and very professional.

We recently had our septic system repaired so that it would pass Boulder County inspection for a house sale in the Boulder foothills. We had a great experience with NoCo Septic, namely Scott Kapala. The system needed costly repairs but he guided us every step of the way, explained our system in detail, worked with the county permitting, lined up an engineer and electrician, and worked around the variable weather we have up here to get it done in a timely manner.
