I contacted James two months ago to replace my backyard fence. He came out, wrote up an estimate and I have him a $532 deposit. Have not seen or heard from him since. Have left numerous emails and text msgs. I asked for a copy of his business license and after an email from a prior customer and a good friend of mine, Lilly promised to send it to me last week; no sign of it yet - guessing he doesn’t have one or it’s expired like all of his corporate entities which have been administratively dissolved.
Definitely would not recommend and plan to file complaint with BBB.

Called this company to come out and give an estimate for repairs of my fence gate. The estimator came out when I was not at home and left an estimate for both repair and/or replacement. I certainly would have preferred to be there to ask him about the repairs, but they insisted on coming out on that day because the owner "was leaving on a cruise with his family." The repair person came out several days later and did the repair, replacing a picket and hinges while stating to me that the posts on both sides really needed to be replaced. I told the repair person that it would be fine to replace the

The Owner, Jim Johnson, was very prompt to come by our home and provide a written quote.
His repair team arrived prepared to re-post and straighten our back yard fence caused by age and hurricane winds. The work was completed in a courteous, clean and professional manner. I would recommend them and use them again for repair, replacement or new installations!

We had our fence replaced about 6 months ago after it was damaged in Hurricane Irma. Estimate was easy to schedule and price was fair. Scheduling the install was difficult. There was no communication from the office that wasn't initiated by us during the 2 months from when we paid the deposit until the work was completed. When we were finally scheduled we were given a days notice (luckily I work from home). Work was completed in a day and all old fence was removed. After giving a $3000 deposit, we kept getting put off week after week, until six weeks later. They finally showed up and put up our fence in two days. The majority of the job we were pleased with, however, the two gates we had installed were fitted opposite of what we had previously. Ex: left open out vs right open in. We've been calling them to come out and change this as it's very awkward the way they installed it. Promises to come and fix it were made two months ago and we are still waiting after repeated calls. Customer satisfaction is definitely not a priority. Not very happy.
